Refund Policy

At Jerry, we strive to provide the best experience for our users. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, you may be eligible for a refund based on the following terms:

• Monthly Subscriptions. Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
• Annual Subscriptions. Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Prorated refunds are offered for unused portions of the subscription period.
• Refund Process. To request a refund, please contact us at support@mail71.co.in. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method or the date of request whichever is later.
• Non-Refundable Cases. Refunds are not available for subscriptions canceled after the specified refund windows or promotional offers.
